Yes! We do ship worldwide. In case an order is placed outside the EU please be noted that local duties may apply, depending on your region, local customs and taxes. These charges are at your own expense. Also note that CO88 Collection has no decisive control over these charges. Therefore we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
We want to allow every customer to track their orders at any time. That’s why, once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link through where you can check the status of your order. If for some reason the tracking information is not updated, or the courier claims to have delivered the package but you haven’t received it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Purchasing through the CO88 Collection site is pretty easy and doesn’t require a lot of time. Simply choose the product(s), add them to your cart, fill in your information on the checkout page and choose your preferred payment method. Returns & Refunds
Once the item has been returned to ourselves then please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.
We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you’re not absolutely in love with your new jewelry or watch, please contact our Customer Care Team by email: email@example.com. Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.
To return a jewel or watch for credit, please make sure that the product is in new condition and that it doesn’t show signs of damage. The following return reasons for new purchases are accepted:
– Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
– Product Did Not Meet Customer’s Expectations
– Company Shipped Wrong Product or Size
If product is damaged within the warranty period, which is indicatable, we advise you to contact our Customer Care Team by sending your purchase info and damage details to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We offer a 1-year warranty to replace or refund a damaged product. The warranty policy covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase. It only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed. The warranty does not apply in case of:
– Any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling of the CO88 Collection products.
– Warranty does not apply to CO88 Collection products in case it is handled by non-authorized persons, without written permission of CO88 Collection.
For watches, warranty applies on movement only. In case of questions regarding returns and warranty, customers can always contact the CO88 Collection customer care team via email@example.com.
Yes, you have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To use the right to cancel, you must inform us: with a clear statement (a letter by e-mail).
